Если я правильно понял вопрос.

  1. Установите bootstrap
  2. Зарегистрируйте его в settings.py
  3. Подлкючите его в шаблоне {% load bootstrap5 %}, {% bootstrap_css %}, {% bootstrap_javascript %}
