Hosting in Django

I have a project in Django, which uses Selenium Web Driver. I am trying to host it on Render, however it is not initializing Web Driver Instance and hence the app is not working.

chrome_driver_path = ChromeDriverManager().install()
driver = webdriver.Chrome(service=Service(chrome_driver_path), options=options)

This is the particular code which is throwing an error

Are there any other platforms where I might be able to host for free and any tutorial for it?
