Нет модуля с именем 'requests' - развертывание Django на Heroku

Развернул новый код в приложении на Heroku и теперь показывает следующее сообщение: No module named 'requests' . До этого приложение работало нормально, так что это должно быть что-то, что я изменил.

Перед тем, как показать код, я заметил 2 вещи: мои Procfile & requirements файлы не видны из Visual Studio (видны из Sublime Text Editor). Недавно начал использовать VS и заметил это только сейчас. Не уверен, имеет ли это значение в данном случае.

Я не уверен, откуда берется ошибка, поэтому я оставил ниже трассировку, Procfile и файлы requirements.txt.

Дайте мне знать, если нужно добавить что-то еще.
