Why does it give an error "not a registered namespace"?

I'm trying to make a data entry form without using forms.py. When trying to display the form, it gives the error "'blog' is not a registered namespace". I think that I could confuse something with urls.py.

from django.urls import *
from . import *
from django.conf.urls.static import *
from django.contrib.auth import views as auth_views
from django.conf import settings
from blog import views

blog = "blog"

urlpatterns = [
    path('', views.index),
    path('create', views.create, name='create')
] + static(settings.STATIC_URL, document_root=settings.STATIC_ROOT)

def create(request):
    if (request.method == 'POST'):
        obj, created = Posts.objects.get_or_create(title=request.POST.get("title"))

    return render(request, 'create.html')
