Набор представлений drf : множественный выбор

Я пытался сделать метод (location_item), который показывает элемент по региону. И я хочу реализовать поле 'gu, dong' (в модели местоположения) с несколькими вариантами выбора. Поэтому я написал этот код метода. Но фильтрация не работает... Это показывает все объекты, а не только те, которые мне нужны.
