Django синхронизация данных между ведущим и ведомым

Я только начал изучать архитектуру Master-slave и у меня есть несколько вопросов:

1. The data added to master db not sync to the slave db, is it correct? When I try to add a foo object to masterdb, and try to read it from slavedb, there is nothing.
2. If it not so when we will use this architecture?
