Проблема с установкой psycopg2 с помощью pipenv

Я пытаюсь установить psycopg2 через pipenv. Я выполняю команду

pipenv install psycopg2

и это дает мне это сообщение об ошибке:

Есть идеи, почему это происходит? Я не уверен, что это проблема моего компьютера, pipenv или psycopg2. Я пытался установить psycopg2 с помощью обычного pip, и раньше все работало отлично. Большое спасибо за помощь.
