Pip not found on virtual environment

Я создал виртуальную среду, которая называется "hekim_venv". Но когда я пытаюсь установить django в ней, она выдает "pip not found error". Когда я проверяю расположение pip, там нет ни одного pip. Когда я проверяю pip3, он указывает на местоположение homebrew. Таким образом, для venv's нет pip'ов.

Как я могу установить библиотеки в виртуальном env? Я не могу понять и разобраться в конфигурации.
