Django chunked upload на apache

Я запускаю приложение Django на сервере Apache2, но каждый раз, когда я пытаюсь загрузить файл, я получаю PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/chunked_uploads' error. Я уже давал разрешение на запись в каталог chunk_uploads, но и это не помогло.

У кого-то есть идея, как это исправить?
