Is https://github.com/Corvia/django-tenant-users and alternative version of https://github.com/django-tenants/django-tenants?

I'm working on building a SAAS and I've found Thomas Turner's django-tenants quite useful (awesome). But I found in another question, which he answered himself and made a reference to Corvia/django-tenant-users. So I don't know if they are different alternatives or if they complement each other.
